【必备攻略、生理常识】翻译新版PERK的说明和需求，欢迎指正

先说下：改版以后，PERK变为了2个部分【level perk】和【support perk】，前者是以人物升级形式获得，后者却是达到学习需求以后，寻找特定的NPC学习的，不占用level perk的位置，使得人物塑造更加多样化！并且增加了游戏的可玩性！

Support Perks
Awareness

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Perception at least 6 or Unarmed at least 100 or Melee Weapons at least 100[/li][li]With Awareness, you are given detailed information about any critter you examine. You see their exact hit points and information about any weapon they are equipped with.[/li]

警觉：级别1【意思就是只能学1级】
需求：最少6点的感知【PE】或者最少100点的空手技能或者最少100点的近战【感谢CAS的指正】
技能效果：可以查看目标的血值，武器装备。

Faster Healing

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Intelligence at least 6, Doctor at least 75[/li][li]Generic effects: Healing Rate increased by 5[/li][li]With this Perk, you get a +5 bonus to your Healing Rate. This is in addition to your normal healing rate, thus you heal faster.[/li]

快速康复：级别1
需求：最少6点智力并且最少75点的医生技能【看好是并且，不是或者】
效果：额外的提高治疗效果5点；但不包括自然恢复：
地点：Dr. Fung, San-Francisco
三藩市Dr. Fung(需要CH3）同时这个NPC还卖医生包（2000cap）和护理包（1000cap），分别增加50%、25%医生技能！

Rad Resistance

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Intelligence at least 7, Doctor at least 100[/li][li]Generic effects: Poison Resistance increased by 20, Radiation Resistance increased by 30[/li][li]You are able to avoid radiation and its bad effects more effectively. Each level of this Perk improves your Radiation Resistance by 30% and your Poison Resistance by 20%.[/li]

Snake eater
复：

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Endurance at least 6, Outdoorsman at least 75[/li][li]Generic effects: Poison Resistance increased by 30, Radiation Resistance increased by 20[/li][li]Yum! Tastes like chicken. For each level of this Perk, you gain +25% to your Poison Resistance.[/li]

百毒不侵:级别1
需求：6点耐力，以及75野外技能
效果：增加毒抗30%，辐射抗性20%【明显上面的那个的翻版】
地点：doctor in junktown , after you do his quest to bring radioscorpions eggs
垃圾镇医生，在你做完他给你的任务并带来5个辐射蝎的蛋，他就会教你的。如果有5个蝎子蛋直接交任务就可以学！

修理大师：级别1
需求：150点的修理技能
效果：使你的修理效果更加给力。现在测试的效果是在修理同样持久的前提下可以用更少的相同物品持久！
地点：in den. Where the car was sold in the single game. (where you got your highway man)

Master Thief

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Steal at least 150[/li][li]A Master Thief is proficient at stealing and picking locks. He is able to attempt his thievery twice as often.[/li]

地点：Robed guy inside Cathedral south of SF, I guess where Junkyard used to be.
10 caps to get in- I used the "lie" option, because I thought "Truth" would make me a faction member.

Pickpocket

Explorer

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Outdoorsman at least 150[/li][li]The mark of the Explorer is to search out new and interesting locations. With this Perk, you ignore speed penalties for terrain on the world map.[/li]

探险家：级别1
需求：150的野外技能
效果：忽视在野外大地图的地形速度惩罚！不知道坐车子能不能使用！
地点：Note: the perk cannot be gained unless the player has visited all train stations, all towns and cities, and the Glow.
确切地点是NCR车站房子里面的僵尸，【感谢老王的提供】，这个要把地图上所有的大城市（大绿圈）和车站都跑一遍，才能学！【MU实测感谢MU的工作】，第一个车站点开启可以做下面任务：
ncr车站任务任务流程如下：
［任务介绍］在ncr，Gunther会要求你清除一些帮派分子，完成任务后他会告诉你ncr车站的位置。
［任务需求］ch3
［任务要点］在ncr内城的总统办公屋，先和外间的Feargus对话，告诉他你要找工作，他会让你去找里屋的Gunther，然后去和Gunther说是Feargus介绍你来的，可以得到一个清除一伙帮派分子的任务。现在出城，在ncr的右上方会出现一个新地点，把里面的五个人全光死就可以完成任务，回去找Gunther和Feargus领取奖励吧。
［任务奖励］Gunther会给你1000exp，并且告诉你ncr车站的位置。Feargus会给你300caps。另外，杀掉那五个人可以获得一些经验和2只全新smg，一只短筒shotgun，还有几个手雷。

Pathfinder

需求：175野外技能
效果：野外大地图运动速度提升15%
地点：tandy's son again. same guy as awareness. (dustys bar)

侦查员：级别1
需求：150野外技能
效果：你可以发现更远地点和事件，增加你在大地图上移动时发生特殊遭遇的几率！【感谢DS的指正，这个perk还增加大地图的探索距离一格】
地点：It can be obtained during a conversation with Vault City Citizen Sergeant Stark, who can be found it the Corrections Center building in Vault City.

Ranger

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Outdoorsman at least 100[/li][li]Due to the extensive amount of time spent in the wilderness, you have learned to create the right items and tools necessary for survival. When you make a tent, it is automatically upgraded to an Outdoorsman’s Camp.[/li]

需求：100野外技能

Swift Learner

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Intelligence at least 6, Science at least 50[/li][li]You are indeed a Swift Learner with this Perk, as each level gives you an additional +10% bonus whenever you earn experience points. This is best taken early.[/li]

天赋异禀：级别1
需求：6点智力，以及50点科学
效果：你真是天赋异禀，使得你可以多10%经验点数，【这个越早学得越好】！
学习地点：Hub. Bookstore. Ask about 'special' book.

Cautious Nature

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Perception at least 6, Outdoorsman at least 100[/li][li]You are more alert outdoors and enemies are less likely to sneak up on you. With this Perk you get a +3 to your perception in random encounters when determining placement.[/li]

天生胆小：级别1
需求：6点感知，100点野外
效果：你在野外非常的警觉使得敌人很少能够接近你，因此，你可以在野外随机遭遇战中，你出现的位置上获得3点的感知加成！

效果：你是拆弹界的精英，因此你能够更加轻松的对待各种陷阱！【没有具体数值说明，CAS提供效果是拆卸失败不容易爆炸以及设置爆破物品时候伤害增强】

效果：你明白了隐形小子的内部原理，所以一个隐形小子可以使用2次了！
地点：这个是现在唯一一个不知道学习地点的了，另外我也没见过隐形小子！！！

[li]Ranks: 1[/li][li]Generic requirements: Repair at least 75[/li][li]You are an expert at rescuing equipment which is on the verge of falling apart. All items with a condition of below 15% count as 15% when being repaired.[/li]

需求：75修理
效果：在你的修理中，所有低于15%的物品都看做15%来修理！意识就是修什么都从15%持久算！
地点：junktown , boyce
垃圾镇名字boyce，注意垃圾镇只有白天能进，而且不要带枪进去！

需求：150点科学
效果：使用科学技能拆卸物品的时候得到双倍的资源。最新数据显示只是多了25%的金属！【如果是这样就没什么价值了】
