Hello my friends, I am Xenom developer of Fallout online Desert Europe and Fonline Tactics.
Sorry for writing in english. 
Few developers teams want to create "World of Fallout" online. That will based on FOnline engine and, desert europe server, fallout australia server, fonline tactics server. That servers we will stick toghether in one big world. We want to put there too China nation and create China Towns in game.
Most of us have more like 1,5 years experience in programming on this engine.

I'am not from us but from Poland TCT:-)

Ok, in my developers team are working people from many countries: Poland, Hungary, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Slovakia, Russia. This is non commercial project by gamers for gamers.
We are working something like 1,5 year on it, it is hard but we have awesome progress.

I will give you our team speak, or mumble adress to speak together and show you our job and effects of this.

Together we can make one of most interesting non commercial post-apo project.

Actualy we have :
-finished American maps from  Fallout 1/2
-finished maps for Europe and Russia (more like 25 locations)
-in progress maps from Australia
-basic crafting and scripts system finished for mmo

We need:
-add some locations for China
-make backgroud story for this fallout edition
-make roleplay in game, quests etc.
-make good aoutomatic event system, ai for npc () my job.
-on end make translations to many languages :-)

diablo7707 has right in many things, but at first must be finished basic playable server. Than we can put there many advantages. This game have many possibillities to be playable and have many players, but work on this server propably will take next 1-2 years.

Basicly that will be PvE and PvP Server. Videos from old tests

Choose some most great building of Chinese, i will talk with me friend, and he will make cool object for some Chinese town(someting like capital in game).
Few of you will need learn to use the mapper(2persons). One person will be needed to make something like dialogs for npc's quests and ideas for game solutions.
If Gunner want than can script with me. It is more simple like FT modding.
